WE INVITE YOU TO OUR CLASSES!

We invite you to the exercises organized in a cosy and stylish venue at the Dolnej Wsi 35 street. The classes take place each week in small groups. Most of the classes are one hour and fifteen minutes long. Admission pass prices vary depending on the number of classes attended in a week.
Please contact us before you come – call 693 333 450. We exercise barefoot and in clothing that does not restrict movement. Please do not eat large meals up to two hours prior to the classes.

The cost of a single class is 30 PLN. First class is free!

I also conduct individual classes. The price is negotiable.

The admission passes include four subsequent weeks (rolling month) starting with the day visible on the pass.

A single missed class can be rescheduled within that period of time. If the absence is longer, the classes cannot be rescheduled.

Admission passes:

  • 1 class per week (4 in a rolling month) – 140 PLN
  • 2 classes per week (8 in a rolling month) – 200 PLN
  • 3 classes per week (12 in a rolling month) – 250 PLN
  • 1 class per week meditation (4 in a rolling month) - 140 PLN

 

Our team

Every type of yoga is fun. Yoga in the lyengara has taught me how to work with aid and to work with people who are ill, pregnant or elderly. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga has taught me the to smoothly transition from one position to another. Thanks to it I discovered the strength resulting from the ujjayi and bandh breathing. Yinyasa Karma has revealed the multitude of the so far unknown positions and pranayame. It gave me meditation. Yin Yoga has increased the movement rang and taught me humility. Academic Yoga has taught me the position precision. It has shown me the yoga from the anatomical side. I am headed for the Shivananda yoga, but I already know I will learn much from it.
Each yoga teacher, practicing any of the approaches, can share valuable knowledge. Every one of them is different and therefore – unique. Each one of them teaches through the prism of their own experience, which makes them exceptional. It is up to us to be mindful, open and ready to use the knowledge.
We are certified in various yoga types and teach using different approaches to fully exploit the range of tools offered by these yoga types.
